Jaimie White, RN, BHA, is a healthcare leader with 18 years of experience dedicated to strengthening clinical teams, improving systems of care, and ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality treatment. With a background spanning emergency medicine, skilled nursing leadership, and specialty clinic operations, she brings both frontline clinical insight and administrative expertise to healthcare leadership.
Jaimie began her nursing career in 2008 as a licensed practical nurse in a fast-paced emergency room environment, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Recognizing her passion for leadership and healthcare systems, she earned her Bachelor of Healthcare Administration in 2018 to further expand her ability to support both patients and the professionals who care for them.
She went on to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility within her community, where she supported clinical staff development and operational oversight. In 2021, she obtained her Registered Nurse license and continued her leadership path as a Clinic Supervisor for a local cardiology practice, further strengthening her experience in outpatient care and team management.
Outside of her professional work, Jaimie is passionate about serving the veteran community. As the spouse of a military veteran, she has volunteered her time supporting veterans and their families, reflecting her commitment to service both inside and outside of healthcare.
Born and raised in Montana, Jaimie moved to Alaska with her husband and their four children in 2015. She values family, community, and the opportunity to serve others through healthcare, bringing professionalism, empathy, and a collaborative leadership style to her work every day
