Who is Hope Valley?
Comprehensive Addiction, Substance Use, & Co-Occurring Mental Health Treatment Centers
Hope Valley’s rehab programs for Veterans and active duty service members stand out because we support your entire recovery journey with a complete continuum of care – from medically monitored detox and residential treatment to day treatment and aftercare. Our CARF-accredited services maintain the highest standards through dedicated clinical experts – many Veterans themselves – who have committed their careers to helping service members overcome addiction, PTSD, trauma, and related struggles. We constantly improve our programs based on regular patient feedback, achieving an impressive average 95% program satisfaction rate from our graduating clients. This TriCare/TriWest-accepted, trauma-informed approach ensures personalized, effective care tailored to the unique needs of the military community.
Experienced & compassionate
Family Owned Organization
Hope Valley is proud to be one of Alaska’s only family-owned rehabilitation organizations focused exclusively on Veterans and active duty service members.
Unlike corporate programs accountable to shareholders and investors, our sole priority is delivering clinically excellent, compassionate care through our TriCare/TriWest-accepted programs. When comparing rehab centers, you’ll find we stand out with more experienced staff holding master’s and PhD credentials, plus a superior clinical staff-to-patient ratio for truly personalized support. Founded in 1987 by the Morton family – who have personally overcome experiences with eating disorders and alcoholism – we’ve witnessed firsthand the profound transformation possible when someone breaks free from addiction or eating disorders. This personal commitment fuels our daily drive for clinical excellence with every Veteran and service member we serve.
Maximize Your Treatment Experience
Commitment to Clinical Excellence
You’ll notice that Hope Valley’s center features several small, comfortable, home-like houses dedicated to men and women – designed specifically for Veterans and active duty service members.
While other programs boast about massive bed counts to impress investors, we prioritize maximizing your recovery with small group sizes, regular individual therapy, and focused clinical attention. We provide gender-separate housing throughout detox and residential rehab, limiting each house to just six residents maximum. This intimate approach lets service members truly concentrate on building recovery skills and healing.
