Valerie Brock

Clinical Director
Valerie Brock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health and therapy. She is a trauma therapist and EMDR-certified clinician, specializing in helping individuals process and heal from both acute and complex trauma.

Valerie brings a diverse clinical background, with extensive experience in substance use treatment, as well as work in community mental health, sexual assault and domestic violence services, and correctional mental health. Her work across these settings has shaped a well-rounded, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, resilience, and meaningful recovery.

As a prior service member of the United States Air Force, where she served in Security Forces, Valerie has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans, active duty service members, and first responders—her primary populations of focus.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work. In addition to her clinical work, Valerie is passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of professionals in the field.

Outside of her professional work, Valerie enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking, ATV riding, and hunting—as well as spending quality time with her children.
